Returns and cancellations
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied and need to cancel your order please contact us in the following 24 hours of placing the order at chris@ocspicedrubs.com and we will be happy to assist with canceling your order. In some special cases we will be able to help with cancellation of orders even passed the 24 hours after placing it.

Returns\Exchange Policy - Returns for exchange or refund will be accepted with authorization. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at chris@ocspicedrubs.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange. O’Callaghan’s Spiced Rubs will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days with instructions on how to return your ordered items.

Refunds -. All credits will be applied toward your account or If you prefer we can refund your credit card payment. There is a $5 restocking fee for returns and O’Callaghan’s Spiced Rubs is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing by our payment processor and your banking institution.
