Returns and cancellations
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied and need to cancel your order please contact us in the following 24 hours of placing the order at chris@ocspicedrubs.com and we will be happy to assist with canceling your order. In some special cases we will be able to help with cancellation of orders even passed the 24 hours after placing it.
Refund Policy
At O’Callaghan’s Spiced Rubs your complete satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products we want to hear from you!
Returns\Exchange Policy - Sorry we do not accept returns on food items. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at chris@ocspicedrubs.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and reason for exchange. O’Callaghan’s Spiced Rubs will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days with instructions.
Refunds -. All credits will be applied toward your account or If you prefer we can refund your credit card payment. There is a $5 processing fee for credit card refunds. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing by our payment processor and your banking institution.
